Hi, I just bought your plugin. Seems great, but I need to add a tax fee to certain clients of 0,5% on the total ammount.
The problem is that this tax fee doesn't work if the total ammount in the cart is very low.
For example: if my cart has a total of 1000€, the tax fee of 0,5% works well. But if the total in my cart is 50€, then the tax fee just doesn't show up.
I understand that must be a bug, because the system works. The only problem is with small ammounts.
I'd like to help you figure this out/fix this for you. Seems like a strange issue. There are no hard limits in the code, so I'm not sure why this would happen.
1) Can you please share a screenshot of the "Dynamic Rule" setup? (I'd like to see a screenshot like this: https://prnt.sc/u4wezn )
2) Is it possible you accidentally set a minimum condition?
3) If you have any caching plugin please "Clear Cache".
I have created the tax fee in your own demo site. It’s called “Recarogo equivalencia” and the value is 0,5%.
If you select in your demo a laptop, for example, the tax fee value become visible, because the total amount in the cart is high. But if you choose “Cabernet” as the only product, where the total is 45€, then doesn’t’ show up the tax fee that in this case would be 0,23€.
Normally this does apply to the base price of the product without tax. I've done a few tests right now, both locally and in the demo and it behaves as I expected.
I'm sure I'm missing something again.
Can you help a little with your tax configuration?
- What settings are you using in WooCommerce->Settings->Tax ?
My mistake, sorry. It's calculating the tax properly.
This is what happens for working after hours ;)
Thanks a lot for your excellent plugin.
Cheers
PS: Just a suggestion for future developments: the possibility to create an order in the name of a client and respecting the discounts and tax fees configuresd in B2B King.
Is for some clients that are very lazy to post the order on the web and they preffer to order by phone or by mail.
Right now I log in as a dummy client with the proper taxes configuration, I create the order, and after that, I log in as an administrator and change the name of the order to the real client. Is a litttle tricky but it works.
Would be great if I could create the roder in Woocommerce from the admin panel and get the discounts and tax fees automatically.

Weird!

Thank you for the quick answer!
Now works! Nut there is a new problem: the tax fee is calculated based on the price with VAT included, when must be based on the price without VAT.
Is there a way to configure the tax fee to apply to the base price of the product?
Thanks

Can you help a little with your tax configuration?
- What settings are you using in WooCommerce->Settings->Tax ?
- Are you using a tax exemption in b2bking?
My mistake, sorry. It's calculating the tax properly.

And thank you for your suggestion, definitely would be useful to be able to add orders. Will try to add this when we can!
