The way the plugin is designed, all these features: conversations, offers, purchase lists, bulk order form, subaccounts are considered strictly B2B features.
So these will only appear for B2B users.
1) If you change your account to be part of a B2B group (to be a b2b user), then you will see these in My Account
2) Alternatively, you can change the Settings of the shop from Hybrid to "B2B Shop". In that case, all users are considered B2B and all users will see those options.

I have conversations and the the rest of the features enabled, but they don't appear in 'My Account'.
My settings are set to "Hybrid Shop".
