    Hello,

I have spent hours watching videos and reading different reviews and plugins etc. I am to the point when I read any information my eyes are starting to shut.

I just have a few pre-purchase questions which I hope will lead me to get the plugin. So my questions will only be related to what I need from this plugin.

    As to my understanding, this plugin will allow me to;

    1. Manually and/or Automatically Create accounts for B2B, Resellers and Suppliers (besides what WooCommerce already does... which is users/customers)
    2. Create requests (purchase orders) for products from Suppliers
    3. Receive products (requested via second point above) and automatically update stocks (by acknowledging receipt)
    4. Create offers / Invoices for Whole sellers
    5. Allow different discounts for B2B and Resellers, either by percentage for different category of products or by actual number discount
    6. Apply or not apply VAT for B2B and/or Resellers
    7. Notify to re-order via set Supplier for certain items when they fall below specified inventory count
    8. Print  (or send to B2B customer) delivery receipts and final invoices

I think my basic need questions are all there... I'm sorry due to all I've read, I may have mixed some features in here, thinking they were from your plugin

I sincerely appreciate your consideration, patience and response

    Kind regards

    Samir

    Hi Samir,

I'll do my best to help. Let me take all your points in order:

    1) Yes you can create accounts for b2b, resellers, suppliers, etc.

B2BKing allows you to create GROUPS, and you can set all sorts of rules for these groups.

    2)

There's no in-built system for requesting products from suppliers.

There is a "messaging" system that allows you to communicate with any customer, but that's about it. There's also a request a quote system, but that's not really the same thing.

    3)

This is not possible with the plugin

    4)

    You can create offers.

There is also an Invoice payment gateway that allows customers to order without paying directly, but wait for an invoice.

However, B2BKing does not actually generate invoices, it is not an invoicing software. It is compatible with invoice plugins such as the popular free plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/

    5)

    Yes, this is completely possible

    6)

Yes, you can apply/not apply show prices including/excluding VAT for B2B/Resellers, etc (any group)

    7)

Not possible with the plugin, there are no features for managing supplier relationships.

There is a feature in the plugin named "Purchase Lists". The idea is that your customers can use these to replenish their stock when you are their supplier. But this doesn't help with your own suppliers.

    8)

B2BKing does not generate invoices or receipts, you would need another plugin.

    Hope this helps.

    Don't work too hard,

    Stefan

Not releated but ATUM inventory with product Levels addon deals with your Number 2 and 7 issue: Notify to re-order via set Supplier for certain items when they fall below specified inventory count

But you would have to set up your bill of materials.

Say you sell a box of bolts.

Under the product of "Box of Bolts" you add each bolt which is a part of the product then when they get low ATUM will notify you and tell you which supplier (you set this up) to reorder from.
