Hello, my goal is that every user ( even not logged ) has same price which is with VAT included f.e. 100$ for product. I set VAT 21% for all countries coz that is VAT in our country. But there is an option for all users to Choose state and then enter vat number which will be checked by VIES Validation and if it is valid i have rule that should delete tax so the final price for those whos filled VAT correctly will be 79$. I attach mz settings it seems all good and it works when i select Tax Exemption, Requies: nothing but when i select Tax Exemption Requies: VIES - VALIDATION then its not working even with real working VAT number. So it does nothing at all when i enter correct VAT nubmber, but it should change the price.

The settings remain the same, so no problems there.
I tested the validation before sending the plugin to you and it worked correctly in my site. The price would update after validation. Not sure what the issue is.
Is it possible to share a temporary login to your site? I can check everything and see what the problem could be.

I got it. I've expanded the feature to work in the way you described it. Registration is no longer necessary for this to work.
To set it up:

In B2BKing->Settings->Other Settings enable this:
2) Your Tax Exemption rule will need to include "Guest Users". Like this:
Seems to work in my tests.

Did you enable this also? Could this be the problem? (this setting requires different delivery country than shop country for the exemption)

There was a setting that had to be enabled for dynamic rules to work for guests/b2c in hybrid mode.
