Shouldn't products be hidden when a person who is not logged in visit the product page? The category is hidden but the product is not.

Generally yes, if you hide the category, the products would be hidden as well (unless you use overwrite/manual visibility for the product)

I suppose in the product page you are using "Follow category rules (default) for visibility".

If that's so, then I'm not sure what would cause it. Maybe there is a conflict of some sort.

If you'd like to share a temporary login to your site, I'm happy to look into it and debug the problem.

I believe I found a bug causing this issue and I updated the plugin in your site and the issue seems to be fixed now. Our apologies for the problem.

I checked now:

For example https://hsfoodservice.ca/product/banana-bread-pizza-raspberry-ccb-each/ part of a category that's restricted for guests, is no longer accessible to guests now.

Also, I disabled this setting below. It complicates things if you have a parent category. If the parent category is hidden and child is visible, the setting below will make it so the product is hidden.
