From your screenshot, I believe you have incorrectly set the b2bking registration shortcode as the my account page. This is an incorrect configuration. B2BKing shortcodes are not replacements for the My Account page. You should use [woocommerce_my_account] for that page, and set the page in WooCommerce->Settings->Advanced in the backend.
