We've added dynamic rules to add free shipping on a product variable when ordering 5 or more pieces. This isn't applying on any products for some reason. We've checked all WooCommerce shipping options and also all B2B King shipping options. Everything seems to be set up correctly.
The problem is: B2BKing cannot enable free shipping if it is disabled in WooCommerce->Settings->Shipping.
The solution is:
Enable Free Shipping in WooCommerce. You can set a very high minimum order such as 999999999999. This will ensure the method is enabled but is not normally shown to users. Configuration:

The issue still persists even when we did everything you said. Now the VIES VAT Validation is not working upon registration so users can't register.
