I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, We are seeing a high volume of tickets at the moment.
Thank you very much for purchasing our plugin,
I checked your site right now and I could still see some minor alignment issues + the "Return to website" button is not centered after the user sends their email.
I think the following CSS added to the front-end helps fix those:
Simply giving this class .woofirstpurchase_showpopup should work. You would also have to go to First Purchase > Advanced and activate "Enable Custom Triggers".
Not sure why that wouldn't work, it could be related to the Revolution Slider, it could also be related to a caching problem or some other JS quirk.
If you can't get such a button to work, if you can send us a temporary login to the site in question and tell us what the button is, I can look into it and try to set it up for you.
Hey dear developers,
just set up my discount for first purchase.
I need a custom trigger or a URL/adress to link a button to the pop-up.
I tried it with the "woofirstpurchase_showpopup" class, but the link doesnt work. maybe it is because the button is in Revolution slider.
Can i have a simple link to trigger the popup?
thanks, best regards,
Moritz
Hey,
2nd issue, this is very important: The buttons are not positioned correctly and are going out of the container.
The quick solution i wanted to present my customer looks not good :-(
oh...no support...?
fixed the issues on my own now.
