Would it be a solution to not allow B2C users in Belgium to register? I have a snippet that prevents registration as B2C based on country. Would that work in your case?

We have different shipping zones, for example
Belgium, Netherlands and other countries. For Belgium only B2B users should be able to order and ship. B2C users can't order in Belgium.
