I want to know if it is possible to enter b2b orders from woocommerce admin or import them from csv file, so that when importing with user id the order is imported with correct price. This is because I currently have a b2b plugin and the biggest limitation it has is that since I cannot generate the orders of some of my clients logged in as a store administrator, I waste too much time closing my administrator session and logging in as each of these users from the front end to generate their orders.
The ultimate goal for me is to be able to enter the orders of my b2b clients from integromat or zapier integrated into another application to automate my processes. The plugin that I have, by not allowing to generate orders from the back end, it is impossible for me to enter orders through a tool like integromat since when it does it changes the prices of the role corresponding to the price of b2c clients, even though I give you all the customer information like the ID.
In this way, my specific questions are:
1. Can b2b orders be scheduled from the back end without setting the retail price instead of the role price as in other plugins?
2. Can b2b orders be massively imported from a csv file with any tool but that when importing it respects the price of the role?
3. Does this plugin allow me to use a tool like integromat or zapier to enter b2b orders respecting the prices of the assigned role?
I'm afraid you would not be able to enter b2b orders in the admin panel. We generally recommend to our customers to use this plugin to login as the user they need: https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-as-user/
(even if you don't end up purchasing B2BKing, you should look at the plugin above, it may be faster than what you're doing now, it doesn't require you to logout)
Sorry, the answer to all your questions is no I think. B2BKing uses the Cart to set b2b price, so the correct price can be obtained only by placing the order with the cart.
What I would really like to be able to do is generate orders from zapier or integromat with all the information for wholesale orders and that is scheduled in woocommerce. Do you think this integration feasible?
I think right now you wouldn't be able to get the correct price to automatically apply. Right now the only way to get the correct wholesale price with all calculations, tax, discount, etc is through the frontend and cart.
We will consider adding this functionality in future updates, thank you for your feedback,
