I am using your plugin, and I am really pleased with it.
I just have a problem setting up a search bar. Because when a users search, they are able to find all products even the ones that should be blocked for their category. All the info is gone but still shows the name and image.
-> The text file downloaded should have something like this inside:
Item Purchase Code:
b3e5fe72-00b0-4019-a8e2-06fb26264742
Thank you for the help,

Regarding your question,
Have you purchased the "B2BKing" plugin, or the "Hide Prices" plugin? It is a little unclear.
If the plugin you purchased is the "Hide Prices" plugin, it does not have a Product Visibility feature. So it can hide prices, but cannot actually hide or block products themselves (so they are probably showing in search, just the price isn't?) Have you created a dynamic rule to hide prices?
Please help clarify these things for me. I will try to find a solution to help set up your site as you need.
Sorry I can't find the purchase code as it wasn't me that downloaded the plugin from the start.
2) I am using the B2B king plugin. When I am using Woocommerce AJAX Search Plugins the hidden products still show up in the search results. What can I do to fix this. I have already tested it with a user that is admin/shop manager, and as a guest in another browser, where I haven't logged in before. So I don't think it's because of caching.
1) Go to B2BKing > Settings > Other Settings > Product Visibility Cache and make sure to disable that option.
2) Make sure to test only with a user that is NOT admin or shop manager (visibility in ajax search will not work for those roles).
3) The plugin's visibility works with theme ajax searches such as WoodMart or Flatsome theme ajax search for example. It is not clear to me if this could be caused the plugin you are using for AJAX search - I am not sure what plugin you are using?
If nothing works, I am happy to investigate the issue further in your website and try to fix it, if you provide us with a temporary login to your site.
However, I would really need a purchase code to be able to do that, as we need to verify purchase and support date. Thank you for understanding.
To update, I would recommend making a site backup just in case.
And you can also do the following:
1) deactivate the current plugin version but do not delete it
2) upload and activate the latest version you download from CodeCanyon.
This way, if there's anything wrong with the site under the new version, you can simply deactivate it, and reactivate the old one (at least temporarily until we can look at whatever issues there may be).
You can have multiple versions installed at the same time, as long as only 1 is activated.
The Ajax Search for WooCommerce team has told me that yesterday they updated their plugin to version 1.8.2, and that is now already integrated with B2BKing.

Hello Oliver,
Thank you for purchasing our plugin,
1)
Could you please send us your purchase code so we can add it to our system?
To get the code, you can do the following, -> Go to https://codecanyon.net/downloads -> Click as it's shown in this image:
-> The text file downloaded should have something like this inside: Item Purchase Code: b3e5fe72-00b0-4019-a8e2-06fb26264742

Hi Stefan
1)

Hi Oliver,
Some ideas:
1) Go to B2BKing > Settings > Other Settings > Product Visibility Cache and make sure to disable that option.

Hi again Stefan,
Got distracted by something else, but now I need this to work. I can't find the Product Visibility Cache and I can therefore not disable that option.
I have tested it with a NOT admin or shop manager
I the plugin I am using is called AJAX Search for WooCommerce and my theme is called Salient.
What should I do next.
Ps i still can't find the purchase code, if it is important and can maybe hear my colleague.
Hi Oliver,
We will update you about that integration as soon as we can,
Regarding your other question:
- We made an improvement to the plugin to hide items from Google Search results in version 2.6.0
I am wondering what your current version is? and if updating may help solve this and the other issue you described.
Kind Regards,
Stefan
