I would like to know if there can be a link that the receiver of the message can click to take them to a the message, because a lot of people might reply in the message as email and not go to conversation on the website.

This is currently not possible with the plugin, but I think it would make a lot of sense as a plugin improvement in the next update. We will look at implementing this and I will try to get back to you with the updated plugin in the next few days.
