I tried to get into my account page through the "my account" but it keeps lauching the following msg:
You are already logged in. To apply for a Business account, please logout first. Click here to log out, but I can see my hidden products and it also allows me to proceed with the purchase.
I closed all tabs, I opened the incognito page and I login but still can't see my account page. I am using [woocommerce_my_account] - I tried with your shortcode as well and I updated all plugins
This message "You are already logged in...." is created by our plugin's [b2bking_b2b_registration] shortcodes. If you are seeing this message in the My Account page, and therefore cannot access that page, I think that somehow this shortcode has replaced the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode, which it should not do. Our shortcode is only for registration, it cannot be used instead of [woocommerce_my_account] .
I understand you are saying that you are using [woocommerce_my_account] but I do not understand how that is possible.
Please check the following:
1) When you see the "You are already logged in" message, if you click "Edit Page", make sure the shortcode in the page is indeed [woocommerce_my_account]
2) Make sure you are not seeing a cache. If you have a plugin like WP Rocket please clear cache.
If you cannot get this to work, would you be able to share a temporary login to your site with us? I would be happy to take a look and try to diagnose what the issue may be.
Hi Stephan, thank you a lot for your thoughts and suggestions.
I am offering this service to a end customer who has the control of 250 users where they will buy from my website, but my customer would like to extract the purchasing reports of all users.
Any idea how can I give him access to those reports?
I am not entirely sure what the best option would be for that.
If you haven't already, you should look at WooCommerce->Reports->Customers->Customer List to see customer-based reports. Perhaps you can share these user-based reports with your end customer.
Another idea, perhaps share a Shop Manager login with this customer, so they can freely access reports?

Hi,
If you want to do it yourself, maybe try to import users via CSV (so you don't lose too much time with 250 users manually).
There are some free plugins like this:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/import-users-from-csv-with-meta/
I think they also have an option to send email notifications to the users they an account was created for them.
Kind Regards,
Stefan
