i have various roles that customer select when regestring whcih are B2B. Dropshipper and induvial customer.

i have set up multiple test accounts using the same scenario but differnet info.

one test account registered will go through to checkout and it will not show the VAT on the order and one will,

if they select a different shipping option then it does not adjust the price

and I have now noticed that the "place order" button has dissapeared from checkout and i have not installed or up[dated any other plugins since installing B2B King other than the standard woocomerce update

    Hello Grant,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

one test account registered will go through to checkout and it will not show the VAT on the order and one will

Do you need both to show the VAT? B2BKing does not add the VAT, that is handled by WooCommerce. The explanation could be that you chose different countries during checkout - one of the countries may not have VAT rate configured in WooCommerce->Settings->Tax->Standard Rates.

Another explanation could be that you purchased different items during tests - some items being marked as zero tax.

While this is not handled by B2BKing, we are happy to help if we can. If you would like to provide us with a temporary login to the site and links to the 2 orders, we can look into why 1 shows VAT, while the other doesn't.

    - if they select a different shipping option then it does not adjust the price

Again, this is not handled by B2BKing - this is WooCommerce functionality

    - and I have now noticed that the "place order" button has dissapeared from checkout

Our plugin does not randomly remove buttons - there must be some configuration issue or error in the site. We are happy to check everything for you if you can provide us with a login.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan

    Hi,

I saw that you also posted a message to our Facebook page regarding errors with Conversation button + Search for products.

All these use Javascript and this points to some javascript error in your website.

I checked your website and indeed I can see errors in the console:

    6340997030.png

This explains a lot, including the fact that shipping does not adjust price - all these use javascript.

The errors are coming from Woo-PayPalPlus plugin as well as WooCommerce for some reason.
