I'm afraid that's not possible. The plugin has its own mechanisms and as such rules work only with the plugin's groups.
You can create unlimited groups, and each group is also associated with a role. So if you create the B2BKing group first you will also have a role to work with. But the plugin cannot set rules for external roles.

Is is possible to set free shipping over £100 for a certain user role?
In the dynamic pricing and order rules I can only find to create free shipping over £100 for user groups and not a user role that I created?

Sorry to highjack the post, but I'm using free shipping in Woocommerce and my free shipping work.
You will see if the amount is under $100 it will not give you the option for Free Shipping.
I have created this in my shipping zones
