    Hello,

Sorry for all the ticket I'm submitting but I'm still very new to B2B King.

I'm using Dynamic pricing for my customer because I put them on different discounts. The problem I have as you will see on my attachments are that when a product is on special it is not suppose to give extra discount on the product.  The price on the bulk order form is not always the correct amount showing, but when it is added to the cart it works out fine.  The only problem is that the unit price per product shows the special price less the discount but the total is the right amount, but the unit price is incorrect.

Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

    Thanks,

    Ivy

    Hi Ivy,

I think the issue may be that you are using 2 things that can't work together:

    - Here you are setting the exact price for the group: 18.50:

    - And I assume that you also have a 10% discount dynamic rule for the same group?

The fields in the above screenshot are exact price fields. They don't work together with discounts. So you can have one or the other: 10% off regular price, or exact price, but not both because the plugin gets confused.

    Does that make sense?

If you can't get this to work, feel free to also send us a temporary login to your site and I can also check it directly to see what the problem may be.

    Kind Regards,

    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

I'm sorry but I can not get this dynamic price to work for me.

    1. I need the discount to work with some products and not all the products.

There is a plugin I'm using that works but I would have preferred to use only 1 plugin.

    Hi Ivy,

First, I appreciate how helpful you have been answering various questions around the forum, so thank you for that.

I would like to assist you with this if I can, but I do not fully understand your setup. Something is creating a discrepancy between the unit price and the subtotal. I wonder what your WooCommerce->Tax settings are, and also what your dynamic rules are? is there a 10% discount dynamic rule for that group?

I'm also not sure if the cause of the issue could be a conflict with another plugin.

    Hi Ivy,

    Thank you for the login,

We've looked into this - I see that you have both group price + dynamic rule price.

Normally what happens in this scenario is that the discounts are stacked.

    For example:

    6722827077.png
    7817505383.png
    1615178790.png

    regular price: 100

    group price: 80

    + 10% discount rule: final price = 80-10% = 72.

In your site however I see

    4280790874.png

I am not fully sure why, likely a conflict with another plugin that modifies pricing.

    -------------------------------

However I understand that you actually need to exclude that item from the discount rule? remove the 10%?

Would excluding products/categories from that discount rule be a solution for you in this scenario?

    Hi Stefan,

I don't understand why the dynamic rule would work for one customer and not for the next. I really have a problem not to give discount on low margin products.  I have even exclude it from the category and it still gives the customer discount.

    Thanks,

    Ivy

    Hi,

I replied to your ticket here: https://webwizards.ticksy.com/ticket/2684535

"I have even exclude it from the category and it still gives the customer discount." - This sounds a lot like a caching problem - do you have any caching plugins installed such as WP Rocket or Lite Speed Cache?

    Hi Stefan,

I clear my cache every time I make changes, but the problem is only with variable products and not simple products.

    Thanks.
