    When a B2B customer makes a purchase, will the individual products on the order confirmation be including VAT or not?

    There is no set way this behaves. It depends on your tax exemption configuration.

    1) You can configure a tax exemption for B2B with "Pay Tax in Cart"="Yes"

    In the order confirmation: individual products will not include VAT, but there will be a separate line for VAT

    2) You can configure a tax exemption for B2B with "Pay Tax in Cart"="No"

    In the order confirmation: individual products will not include VAT

    3) If no tax exemption is configured, then B2B users will be treated based on your WooCommerce Tax Configuration (in WooCommerce->Settings->Tax).
