That message is shown if there is an error coming from the user creation function. That usually means the username or email is taken, so that is the message we display, but in your situation it is probably another issue so that message is incorrect.
Can you not create subaccounts under any circumstance? no matter what username or password you choose?
For example, can you create the following subaccount?
If that does not work, there is probably something in your site / perhaps something to do with permissions or security. Could it be a security plugin installed in the site?
If you would like to share a temporary login to your site with us, I would be happy to look into the issue and fix it for you.
I can not create subaccounts. I get the error:
"Account creation error. Username or Email are already taken."
But this username or email don't exist!
Enable subaccounts in enabled in B2B settings panel.

I have just tested this and it should work.

Thanks for your quick response. I disabled the GDPR on WooCommerce checkbox and now its working.
Next step to test de dynamic pricing per customer :-)
