    Hello.  I've configured your plugin and I'm receiving this error at checkout.

    "

    Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements. "


    The checkout process was working until I added the groups and gave them individual restrictions.  All the correct checkout methods are selected in the groups so I'm not sure how to resolve this.


    Please let me know if you can help and I'll give you access.

    Hello Paul,

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin.


    Some thoughts on approaching this:

    1) in B2BKing->Groups the methods must be selected. I understand you have already done this.

    2) The next thing to check would be to go to Users->in your user's profile and make sure that your user is actually part of the group you need them to be in.

    You can see the group in the image is "VIP". Make sure the correct group is set

    3) Also in the user's profile there is a panel (that you can see in the screenshot above) Shipping and Payment Methods. That should be set to "Follow group rules". If it is set manually / per user, then that would take priority - perhaps your user has it set manually instead of group.

    4) If you don't need to control shipping and payment methods with B2BKing, you can completely turn of this functionality by going to B2BKing->Settings->Components and activate "Disable shipping & payment methods control"


    If you can't get it to work, feel free to send us login access, and I'd be happy to look into it.
