    HI,

    I think I've seen some where that your salesman can add orders to a customer when visiting, could you please explain to me how to do this?

    We are in the process for our customers to order online but some will still call and place orders on the phone and I would like to process the customer order online if possible.

    Hi Ivy,

    What I would recommend to allow a shop manager to create an order as a customer, would be to use the following plugin:

    The plugin will add this to the Users panel:

    This approach works with B2BKing and will allow you to order with accurate prices  = as that user should see them.
