    We are unable to add a payment method as a B2B partner in the account section. It will allow us to select 'Credit Card' but immediately after gives an error message that says "Unable to add payment method to your account."

    Do you happen to know what could be causing this error?

    Hi Amelia,

    This issue doesn't sound familiar - I haven't seen it before.


    I think you are using some plugin or payment gateway to enable methods in my acct - as far as I know, by default WooCommerce alone does not have payment methods in account.


    Just in case there is a conflict with B2BKing there: you can do the following:

    Go to B2BKing->Settings->Components and activate "Disable shipping & payment methods control"

    to make sure there is no conflict with B2BKing.
