I have tested in our environment, and I can confirm this problem indeed. This was working correctly in previous versions - the bug must have been recently introduced.
We will be working to fix this, and I will update you here with a fix, as soon as this is resolved - I am marking the ticket as pending and will update you here as soon as possible.
this is what happens when we add fields in offer .. I tried to install 2 times.. still the same
and it also resets the product selection when we add a new one
