I would like to know who I can set up a product exemption rule like: "give a [discount of 10 percent] to [product A] if [user is in group B]" - EXCEPT "product is on sale".
The first part is fine, but I can not find a rule to except a price rule, if a product is on sale.
I'm afraid that's not possible directly. We will consider such an option for future updates, but it's not available right now.
Some thoughts:
1) You should know that dynamic rule discounts have an option that recalculates sale price, starting from regular price. That means that if you set a sale price, it will be ignored.
For example:
If we have a product with this configuration:
If we create a 25% discount rule and activate the "show discount as sale price" option - that will recalculate sale price starting from regular price.
So we end up with a sale price of 75 (25% discount from 100 = 75).
2)
You could set up a rule like this:
give a [discount of 10 percent] to [category NotOnSale]
And when you set up a sale price, also modify a product's categories.

Hi Bernd,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin,
