Yes, they will work fine together. Oxygen only handles the design part.
All you will have to do is use the regular WooCommerce shortcodes ([woocommerce_my_account] for the My Account page + Registration, [woocommerce_cart] [woocommerce_checkout] etc) and everything should work fine.
