    Hello, when a new customer asks to sign up (manual approval) I don't get any notification. I can only see that there is a pending approval in the plugin dashboard.
    I have already activated the email notification in the woocommerce settings at each new registration. How can I solve the problem?

    Thank you for purchasing the plugin,


    If I understand correctly, you are not receiving the email notification. Some thoughts on this:


    1) Please make sure the recipient email address is correct

    2) Sometimes what happens is that the emails are being sent, but get lost in Spam filters / email filters. You can check if that is the case by installing an Email Logs plugin and checking to see if the emails are actually being sent (visible in the logs as sent).

    If that is the case, installing a SMTP plugin often can resolve this issue. There are many free SMTP plugins on the market, such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/


    3) We are also happy to check the issue directly for you in your site. For that, we would need a temporary backend login to your site or a staging clone site.

    Hi Luca,

    Regarding that text, it was recently changed, but it should be translatable.

    Are you using Loco Translate? With Loco Translate, please go to the Italian translation and click Synchronize / Sincronizza. Afterwards, you should be able to find the English text you highlighted in the image.

    Are you able to get this working as I described?
