    Hi there

    Based on https://webwizards.ticksy.com//ticket/2687743/

    it includes anoter e-mail admin for quotation or conversation from customer to us, how can i do to send from us to customer anwer e-mail.

    I'm not sure if I fully understand,


    Do you mean to reply to the email, and automatically have the customer receive the reply from email?

    Our plugin doesn't have this functionality. The only way to reply would be in the website backend - can be done by admin or by shop manager.

    We can look at adding that in future updates - but at the moment this is not available,
