    Good day, 

    I am struggling with setting up free shipping for B2C users using dynamic rule, please assist.

    I use the courier guy shipping to calculate the actual rate for shipping.

    Hi,

    I've been able to look into this.

    I believe the rule was working correctly. The problem seemed to be that you need to select everything, country + province before the website shows shipping methods.

    COST = 2601 - free shipping is available

    I went into Shipping settings and changed some settings so that it shows the price and calculation before checkout:
