Note: Capital letters used to call out what I think are the actual data fields as they are referred to in B2B King and other WP setup screens. Trying to be helpful. :)
1. The "bug" situation in terms of data:
I am trying to override the general B2B group PRICE TIERS rule for specific users for all products in a particular CATEGORY. I am able to select the product category and set up the rule but when testing an example user within that B2B group the MINIMUM ORDER override for the example user is not being applied.
2. The work around for now and the 3NF data problem it creates in the future:
The work around for now is to go through and add every single product within that category individually to the rule but then this would fail to be complete as we build/add products to that category. We would have to come back to add the individual products. Since "PRODUCT CATEGORY" is available in the drop down list to choose from, I think this may be a legitimate bug.
3. The plainer English specifics which are easier to understand perhaps:
I wholesale a category of products called "Tablets & Pills" to a group called "Brand Developers and Brand Owners". I have specific users for who I would like to allow a smaller MOQ that is allowed for in the normal pricing tier structure for anything that is in the category "Tablets or Pills". I sell multiple products that are categorized as "Tablets or Pills"
I am using a dynamic MINIMUM ORDER type rule applied to the category "Tablets or Pills" for "Multiple Options" then selecting a group of individual users for whom I want the override rule to apply. I want these special folks to have a MINIMUM ORDER specific to them for any product included in the "Tablets or Pills" category.
When entering the site as one of those users, the dynamic minimum order rule, override for the user is still defaulting to the general group rule set up through B2B King on the products page, ie the general MOQ rule.
If I understand correctly, you have created 2 dynamic rules for MOQ: one for the group, and one for a specific user. You are expecting the smaller quantity (For the user) to have priority, but that is not what is happening. Is that right?
I think you may be right - I am seeing some odd behaviours in tests. In that case, we need a bit of time to look into this and if there is a bug, get this fixed and send you an updated version. I am marking this ticket as pending and I will get back to you once our development team is able to look into this - in the next days.

Hi Jeff,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin,
