I'm afraid this isn't yet possible, although we're definitely looking at adding this to the plugin in future updates.
Currently the plugin uses the Cart for the quote items, so for this reason it cannot do both cart and quotes at the same time for now. We would need to add a separate quote basket to the plugin. You will see this soon in the coming months.

Is there any way to add a "Request a quote"-button on a single product and not on all products?
