I am curious about a few things in regards to this plugin. First thing, is there anyone that I can speak to in person to discuss issues with the plugin? I'd love to be able to express what we are doing and see if we have a solution.
If there is no one to chat with here are my questions...
1.) Am I able to have sales representatives that can make wholesale orders for customers? Or, is the order everything on your own option the only the option? We find that most customers do not make their own wholesale orders. They like their rep to do it for them. So, can we do that currently?
2.) Subaccounts: Can I link a sub account to a current customer so that we can accomplish question 1? I don't know if it's possible but it was a thought that I had as a solution.
3.) I would love the chance to discuss our account with someone in general if it's possible? Make sure that we are using it to its full potential. Please advise!
We can only provide support via email and this ticketing system I'm afraid - anything else is not very practical for us, we're a small business and don't have that many resources, and our customers are located across many different time zones.

Regarding your questions:
1) This functionality is not available in B2BKing.
Each agent will be able to manage their own customers , orders, messages, order as the customer (customer only pays via link), earnings, payouts, affiliate links, discount coupons, cart sharing, and more!
2) There is indeed a tool in B2BKing -> Tools -> Bulk Editor:
Here you can link subaccounts to accounts by specifying the user IDs (the user IDs can be obtained by going to Users -> click on the user -> the number in the URL is the ID)

This new SalesKing plugin for sales reps, you said it will be released in the next couple week? Does it integrate with B2BKing? Or is it a completely separate service? It looks like it is branded in the B2BKing family but I just wanted to verify.
I ask because I'm curious if it will allow us to still have the wholesale login that B2BKing offers and ADD the ability to have sales reps or if it does the sales rep feature completely separate.
The new plugin should be released in the next weeks, yes.
It will not require B2BKing to work, because we wanted it to be open and accessible to anyone who would need a sales rep solution.
However, there are a number of integrations with B2BKing, so that if they are used together there is actually more functionality:
organize customers into groups and assign B2BKing groups to different agents
ability to set different commission structures for customer groups configured with B2BKing
manually approve customers and assign customers to sales agents during the approval process.
Register to be a Sales Agent via B2BKing Registration Roles (supports automatic approval or manual approval with review process. Supports custom fields during registration)
We want the 2 plugins to be perfectly integrated with each other and work well with existing B2BKing sites.
