I just purchased b2bking and installed on a localhost testing enviroment. the my-account page no longer works. I tried everything on the FAQ section about this to no avail. Another question: since I am setting up on a test enviroment. is there any way to backup / move settings and b2b king to the live site? Or do I have to redo the whole setup again...
When you say the page no longer works, do you mean that you are getting 404 errors when accessing most items in the My Account dashboard? Did you make any changes to the my account page such as changing the shortcode inside?
I understand you already checked the FAQ, but let me reiterate the main points and some extra things to try that were not in the documentation:
1. Go to WooCommerce-> Settings -> Advanced -> Click "Save Changes" (you don't need to make any changes to settings, just click the save button)
2. In B2BKing->Settings->Other Settings->Enable "Force Permalinks Rewrite"
3. In B2BKing->Settings->Other Settings->Enable "Change My Account URL Structure"
4. Make sure to clear caches if you have any cache plugins installed. I would also suggest disabling all other plugins except B2BKing and WooCommerce to rule out plugin conflicts.
Regarding moving settings, our plugin doesn't have a built-in way to do that. My suggestion would be to look at migration plugins such as All In One WP Migration to move the site from localhost to the live site.

Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin,
When you say the page no longer works, do you mean that you are getting 404 errors when accessing most items in the My Account dashboard? Did you make any changes to the my account page such as changing the shortcode inside?
