There is a very big issue if a customer wants to add something to their order after they have placed their order with us, we can't do this - because it makes the incorrect pricing it doesn't allow us to add the correct pricing for the customers pricing group.
We can't do it using the switch user method as the order has already been placed.
Because I use the admin panel to create new orders for customers who ordered per mail/phone, I extremely miss the option for group pricing when adding a new order for a customer in a specific group (less so for applying discount and rules, but that would be nice as well).
I tremendously hope that applying the prices of the target customer's group when adding items as an admin will be implemented somewhere in the future.
Thank you both for the feedback on this, I've noted it and it's a priority for future updates.
I don't think our plugin currently has a good solution for this. Probably the best available option would be to redo the order, or manually modify item prices in the order.
I know neither is great. Unfortunately it's also one of the hardest thing to implement for us, because our plugin also modifies pricing by using frontend WooCommerce hooks, which do not have an easy backend equivalent. As far as I know, most wholesale plugins have this limitation.
Indeed, perhaps a first step would be to at least get the group price - that would be simpler to achieve than the entire chain of price calculation.
We will be working on solutions for future updates.

That would already be a major leap forwards for me!
What would help as well is a way to allow easy editing of the item prices in the admin order view (some textfield input which overwrites the item's piece price on each line of the order).

Yes agree, being able to get the group pricing would help immensely. We often have an order of 20 items so having to cancel the order and our staff having to re-enter these orders from scratch every time is extremely slow process.
It is not possible to just modify the order because you can't change the prices UP you can only discount the price. eg if something is $20 you can only change it to $18 you can't change it to $22. Furthermore for those who's group price is less it shows as a discount line rather than as a new price which doesn't look good either
It's on our list of improvements for the next updates and we're looking to do this as soon as we can finish some tasks we've been working on. Realistically, we're looking at around ~1 month or so.

How do we do add items to our customers orders?
I second this.

Hi is it possible to get an ETA on how long it would take to be able to get the Group Pricing functionality in?
Hi Melina,
It's on our list of improvements for the next updates and we're looking to do this as soon as we can finish some tasks we've been working on. Realistically, we're looking at around ~1 month or so.
Kind regards,
Stefan
Great! Thank you so much :)
That would be absolutely great. Thank you for offering this level of involvement and support.
Hey Team, just wanted to get an update on this one if there was an ETA on a fix for this?
Thanks :)
Hi Melina,
We haven't forgotten this, it's a very requested feature, but we haven't been able to implement it yet.
We're looking to add this, but it's hard to give a specific ETA.
You can always find a list of the latest improvements here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/changelog/
Kind regards,
Stefan
thank you for the update :)
