Hi I have a product that comes in 2 sizes, 30mL and 100mL.

I want to create it as a variant, where:

    • 30mL Variant - B2C customers can buy at regular price, B2B customers buy at wholesale price
    • 100mL Variant - B2C customers can't buy this (no price), but B2B customers can

Right now, I'm experiencing an issue when setting up the variable product, B2C customers aren't able to buy the 30mL variant because the Add To Cart button disappears. How can I fix this?

    Hi Edmund,

    Thank you for purchasing B2BKing!

From your screenshot, it looks like the entire product or variation has a hidden price rule applied to it. That makes it unpurchasable and with some themes that also means hiding the add to cart button.

    Please check the following things:

    1) In B2BKing -> Settings -> Access Restriction, please make sure that the "HIDE PRICES" option is NOT selected:

That option makes all product prices hidden for logged out users, which is not what we want.

    2)

You would need to configure a Hidden Price dynamic rule (in B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules) that only applies to B2C / Guests and only applies for the 100ml Variant. So please make sure to select the variation, not the entire product. For example in the image below a variation is selected:

Let me know if that helps,

I'm also happy to take a look at it directly if you want to provide us with a backend login to your site (or staging site).

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

Did you manage to solve this issue? I have exactly the same. Guests cannot buy.
