I think there is a small upload limit set by your server / wordpress configuration. It can be modified in php.ini probably. I think if you contact your hosting support, they can help to increase this limit.
Another option: Do you have cPanel or FTP access? If yes,
1. Log into cPanel and go to File Manager
2. inside file manager go to yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins and upload the .zip of the plugin

3. Extract the .zip
That is the same as installing the plugin.
