1. In the User Profile page, please make sure Shipping methods are set to Group, not manual:
2. Make sure to clear caches, and change the address of the user a little so that it can refresh.
3. Please check to make sure that if you disable B2BKing, you can see the methods in shipping. That way you can check if the issue is related to B2BKing and not coming from somewhere else.
