We are configuring b2b king for our business and we are looking a way to manage our inventory and pricing
We are able to configure price list per group customer for our actual inventory. As we are a nursery, we would like to have quantity thats will be available next spring. We started to try to install an addon to manage multiple warehouse, One for our actual inventory and an other one for Spring 2022. Our customer could see two quantity per product: available now and spring 2022 availability. The addon used for multiple warehouse is Atum.
But Atum does not use B2Bking pricing :-(
Is it possible with B2Bking to have multiple warehouse and custom price list per customer & warehouse? Or only one warehouse but with multiple date of availibility?
Are you trying to set different prices for Spring 2022 and the issue is that there are no B2B group pricing fields for Spring 2022?
Or is the issue that there is a single place to set prices, but Atum seems to ignore B2BKing prices (e.g. you enter B2B prices, but Atum shows only regular pricing, so the pricing shown is wrong for b2b users)?
With the former, there's little we can do - the only way it could work is with a special integration between the 2 plugins. With the latter, there may be some solutions by using some hooks to set price - I can go into detail if relevant.
I'm afraid we don't have much experience with multiple warehouse setups. I don't know of any solution to set multiple warehouses / single warehouse with multiple availability dates. There may be some compatible plugins out there - it's not just not something we've encountered I'm afraid.
We are using ATUM Multi Inventory plugin to handle different warehouses with different prices and quantities. The plugin is very useful for multi warehouse management. Is your plugin compatible with ATUM, cause it seems they override the regular/sale prices? Screenshot is attached.
I was under the impression that the plugin would be compatible with ATUM. If their plugin also has a feature that overrides prices, probably B2BKing would not be compatible with that part, but I suspect that may just be some optional feature and not required to use.
Since I don't have a definitive answer, what I'd suggest is that you try to see if it works with B2BKing's free version ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/b2bking-wholesale-for-woocommerce/ ). It may help you find out if they're indeed compatible per your needs.
With ATUM it's possible to add additional prices and quantities for the product, depending on the warehouse/vendor.
Asked ATUM support for compatibility with B2B King and the reply is: ATUM does not support any 3rd party services. You would need to custom develop the integration.
Tested ATUM in combination with the free version of B2B king, and I confirm that the Dynamic Price Rules aren't applied on the additional product prices added by the ATUM module :(

Hi Marc,
Thank you for purchasing the plugin.

Hi,
If you are looking to use both, you can use B2BKing 'Discount Amount' or 'Discount Percentage' dynamic rules. These should be compatible.
These discounts are applied and show in the cart under Cart Totals.
It is necessary that this checkbox is DISABLED.
