    Hi,

What is the solution if I have different customer groups for different brands and I want specific customer to have a specific price for each of those groups?

    Example:

Customer X is in a VIP-group for Product A together with 5 other customers.
Customer X is also in a Small-group for Product B together with 20 other customers.

Ideal solution would be that a customer can be put into multiple groups and have access to the prices each group is assigned. IF there is by mistake same product in both groups, then it should be sorted by either a group-priority, or by cheapest price etc.

This would bring me over to you :)

    Hi,

A customer cannot be part of multiple groups. Groups control things such as prices, whether a user is tax-exempt, available payment/shipping methods, etc. Therefore it's not possible for a user to be in multiple groups, because it's not possible to be both tax-exempt and not tax-exempt at the same time for example, or it's not possible for a payment method to be both available and not available.

You can create price or discount rules by group or customer by product or category.

    You can have multiple rules:

    - Group A gets 5% off on all products

    - Customer X gets 10% off on category A

    - Customer X gets 15% off on product B

As mentioned in another ticket, the plugin gives the highest discount (or best price) available for each item.
