Currently Shop is the only available option. We want to add more options in future updates, which is why the design allows you to select the receiver. But currently the plugin is still relatively new and this is the only one that is implemented.
We were considering adding options to message Team Members (subagents) or message the Agent's Customers. Do you have any feedback on this? What users would you like to message here?
