We are testing B2BKing on our dev site at dev.coolcapp.com - it does not have SSL
We used Variable Product pricing on the consumer (coolcapp.com) site as there's 3 variations: single product, small case and large case pricing or 3 price bundles.
The client decided to add B2B for Wholesale and Distributor accounts. B2B King looked perfect. At any rate I am not getting B2B tier pricing to work. I think it's because of Variable Product set up.
On the dev. site I set up a handful of products with tiers for wholesale and the tiers are not showing at the product shop pages or in the cart. The products I set wholesale tiers on are Vanilla Latte, Java Chip and White Chocolate Latte, three different tiers: You have to be logged in as approved wholesale account to get the pricing: discount at 2 large cases (5 bags) and 5 large cases.
Is this because of Variable products ? It's like adding layers on layers.
Tiered pricing should work with both simple and variable products, so I'm not entirely sure what the issue could be. For variable products, the tiered pricing is set for each individual variation.
Let me show you an example, to show how this is supposed to work. Then perhaps you can see if this looks different in your setup.
I have a variable product with 2 variations:
In the B2BKing tab, the tiered pricing table is enabled:
Then I open 1 of the variations and set tiered pricing for it:
It looks like this in the frontend for that specific variation:
What exactly happens in your site, or in what sense it's not working?
Yes, we did set up our products like your example below.....
We're using Flatsome and had made some customizations on our variable pricing to better reflect client needs. The standard flatsome creates a price range on the product page which in our case is confusing because it goes from individual product to cases, and we were not getting the tables.
Yesterday we found or at least thought we found and fixed our code to pull up the tables, so it's working - sort of. Now we're getting other strange issues:
A. On bulk order form I'm getting mixed pricing as either a wholesale user / customer or distributor use profile.
B. We were also getting odd prices showing up on our catergorie pages - we had removed prices on categorie pages again because of going from bag to cases, but yesterday some prices were showing on the categorie pages again
c. While adding a user today, got an error (404)when I submitted the form, and that broke our product navigation which is on the left side of the page - and actually something broke on the "MyAccount" page. I tried the force link fix in B2B & also advanced settings in Woo and no go.
There is a chance that it's the host / server and our dev.coolcapp.com site, but my developer doesn't think so.
Any suggestions? Thanks for the quick reply last week. I'll check back here tomorrow.
Actually you should be getting replies via email - maybe Ticksy had an issue (Ticksy's not our platform, we just use it for support). Make sure to check your Spam / Promotions folder in your email. Sorry, I'm afraid this time I'm slower in getting back to you, each day's different and sometimes there's a lot of ticket volume
About the issues:
A and B) sound a lot like caching problems (where you're getting older saved versions / saved prices / saved pages instead of the live version). Is there any caching plugin in the site? If it is, you must make sure that each user has a different cache. A B2C user can't share the same cache with a B2B user.
C) Could be a lot of things - could be caching as well if you have something that enabled CSS / JS minification.
Currently it seems fixed in my tests:
If you want / if it helps, I'm happy to take a look at the entire backend configuration, just to see if I can see anything that's not configured correctly. For that , I'd need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.

I have not installed B2B on the regular site yet.

Hi Rick,
Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

So sorry, I was expecting an email!!! My bad.

I found the FAQ on shipping and payments, maybe its a caching issue, payments showing up but not shipping. Thanks
Thanks. I'll update the plug-in. Will I lose my settings? I'm not a code guy....
I'm on dev.coolcapp.com, so not sure why you are getting that message.
Still having the shipping issue on wholesale it appears.
Thanks
Ok - the settings are stored on the database, so I'll update the plug-in and test again. Thanks.
And it looks like deactivating B2B shipping worked. Thanks and best. I'll let you know how bulk orders turns out.
