By Private Store, are you referring to one of our free plugins from WordPress.org? Those are limited in functionality with just a few features like hiding prices and the add to cart button. The main plugin has a lot more functions like discounts, tax exemptions, complex product visibility (hide specific items for specific users), wholesale prices, order form, etc.
If you want to use B2BKing in an entirely separate B2B site with different inventory, the way to do that would be by using a WordPress multisite installation. B2BKing cannot do that outside of a multisite.
If you have a multisite you could have 2 sites: 1 B2C and 1 B2B, and only install B2BKing in the B2B site.

Can we create another shop on BKB that will not be linked to our current shop? Like the inventory do they have a different inventory of products?
