Good morning, I've a question about your plugin settings: I need to create different type of customers, which have different discount for categories: for example: - customer 1 has 5% discount for category A and 7% discount for category B. -customer 2 has 3% discount for category A and 6% discount for category B.
So I had thought 2 possible solutions:
1- to create different group: discount 7% category A discount 5% category B and assign every customer to different group. Can I assign a customer to more group? Now I can assign it to only 1 group.
2- to create different dynamic rules for every single customer: Now I can create only one rule for every discount. Example: 7% discount for customer 1 on category A. Can I create multiple conditions for every single user? for example: Rule “A”: customer 1 has 7% discount for category A AND 5% discount for category B
Good Morning, I've a question about your plugin with wpml. I have some rules, for example user1 and user2 have 15% discount for category A and user2 has 10% discount for category B.
I've created the rules but I've this problem:
The rule is apply only for category in language and when I create the translation, your plugin lose the category selection.
How can I solve this without select category every time? Or is it possible apply this to category and his translation together?
In the end, is it possibile to translate the rule label only? Thank you
There are multiple ways to handle it, but I think probably the easiest solution is to create multiple rules, 1 rule for each language. In each rule to select the appropriate language product.
WPML works by duplicating products for each translation, so they are technically different products / categories with different IDs.
I extremely need to create a rule with multiple category selection, in particular:
I have a multilanguage site with wpml and I need to create a rule and select the category in all languages, without duplicate it and select the category again.
Can it possible to realize it and have a quote about this? Thank you so much.
Normally you'd be able to select multiple categories within a rule like this:
I think the problem in your case is that WPML hides the categories from other languages - it only shows the categories in the current selected language.
We don't offer any customization services unfortunately.
I am not sure what we can suggest here. Probably it will work if you edit the dynamic rule in the database, and add all category IDs, but it is quite complex. Do you have a large number of categories / many languages?
