The minimum order quantity function is not usable.
Settings: Product (Variant) min 25 pieces.

Current: You can also put only one (1) in the cart. And ONLY THEN when you go to the shopping cart, you see that you have to put more of the products in the cart and even there it is only an -easily overlooked- message, whereby it leads to incomprehension of the customers and way too much support from our side.

    Therefore:
How can I set this, that the respective products are FIRST NOT added to the cart AND the number field of WooCommerce has the minimum order quantity there, so that the customer can NOT add under the minimum order quantity.
This is a big problem and therefore ask for a quick and satisfactory assistance

    Hi Vladimir,

Thank you for purchasing the plugin,

We released an update on Sept. 5th that forces the minimums in the product page, in the input fields. Please update to this latest plugin version, and it should work as you expected it.

    To update to this version:

    - first deactivate the current plugin version in your site

    - then upload and activate the attached plugin version

Let us know if that works for you,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hello Stefan,

    thank you for your reply.

I updated the plugin via CodeCanyon and I can't find the option for it.

Can you tell me where I can find that option?

    Thank you again,

    Vladimir

    Hi Vladimir,

There's no setting for the minimum order to behave like that - it would be the default behaviour for all sites in the new version. Are you not seeing that? Is the minimum not applied to the number input in the product page? (it should not allow you to add less than 25 pieces to cart)

If so, would it be possible for you to share a backend login to your site (or a staging site)? I can check directly on a few products to see what the issue might be.

    Hi Stefan,

No, unfortunately it does not work, only on the shopping cart page it works.Just as it is on the shopping cart page, it must also be on the single product page, otherwise it makes as little sense as the message in the shopping cart and leads to confusion and disappointment, because otherwise the customers think they can buy 2 pieces and put the entire product range in the cart and then find that each product must be ordered at least 25 or 50 pieces per product.

    What can I do now?

It would be nice to get an answer after 4 days as this is really important and dont get how this plugin get that far without that function, which is implemented in other b2b Plugins and which are 1/3 the price. Surely the price has nothing to do with what functionality is implemented but this should be by design for every b2b plugin and especially if it costs 130€

P.S. thank you for the snippet.

    Could you figure out yet?

Also, again after updating your plugin, it threw a fatal error.. Also an other instance of B2B King is installed instead of replacing the old. Whats wrong?
