I have a hybrid store setup with both B2B and B2C users. I have two user groups in B2B, and then B2C plus logged out (guest) users. I've been unable to successfully implement different pricing levels on the same product item that is sold both B2B and B2C. I know how to enter them in the relevant backend fields. That is not the issue. The issue is that the correct pricing is not showing up when the relevant group / user is looking at the site. I've spend many hours trying all sorts of configurations without achieving what the documentation says should be a simple feature. My temporary workaround has been to create duplicate products and assign one to one group and one to the other, but this is not ideal and causes inventory management problems.
I would like to work with someone to get this resolved.
Usually when we see pricing issues in the frontend / incorrect pricing, the most frequent cause is plugin conflicts with other plugins that affect price. Frequent issues are related to discount plugins, currency plugins, pricing plugins (anything that affects price).
If you haven't done this already, please make sure to disable all other plugins except B2BKing and WooCommerce, and check whether your issue still occurs.
We are also happy to take a look at this for you directly in your site, if you can provide us with a backend login to your site / staging clone site (please make sure to mark the message as private)
It would also help if you can give an example of a product where you're not seeing the correct price, so we can check it.
