I've encountered a couple of occasions where products suddenly do not show anymore in the Woo product carousel for not-logged-in users/B2C users. Although four of our products are in a category which is set visible to all user groups (including not-logged-in users and B2C), they sometimes disappear.
Just based on my experience, this sounds like it might be because of our product visibility cache, I usually see this kind of problem when the cache is enabled together with the WPML plugin in the site.
My suggestion that may fix this is to try to go B2BKing -> Settings -> Other -> Product visibility cache and DISABLE the cache (assuming it's enabled of course)
So that slider should go to the left to disable the cache?
If I can recall correctly, I was struggling with the meaning of the slider (because the description said 'disable' before, I thought disabling the cache was setting the slider to the right). It was set to the right and I just turned it off. I hope it helps!
Dear support,
I've encountered a couple of occasions where products suddenly do not show anymore in the Woo product carousel for not-logged-in users/B2C users. shortcode: [product_category category="particulier" limit="12" columns="4" orderby="menu_order" order="asc"]
When I disable and re-enable visibility of the category (particulier), the products will show again. I'm not sure what causes this erratic behavior.
Hi Martin,
Just based on my experience, this sounds like it might be because of our product visibility cache, I usually see this kind of problem when the cache is enabled together with the WPML plugin in the site.

Let me know if that helps,
Thank you!

It should look like this:
(slider to the left)
Let me know if that helped,
Indeed, this seems to have solved my problem!
Thanks
