When an agent wanted to add subagents 

1 ) If the username of the subagent already exists, what will happen ? 

  I tried doing it,  popup message says subagent is created,and email sent.  But sub-agent is not created.

2 ) Can an existing customer of the website, can be made sub-agent.  If so, how to do that ?
