B2B my account pages will become 404 after some time

    Hi support team,

    We found an issue, which will happen randomly after some time. The scenario happens as below :

    • The B2B king pages in my account ( such as purchase list, subaccount and so on ) run properly when it's setup
    • However, the pages will become 404 after some time, we didn't calculate exactly how long it would appear such situation, but we've seemed for a couple of times. And it happened in different server as well from our observation
    • After this happened, we need to update the setting page again and the links will work properly

    Would you check if that happens on your end and advise the possible cause and solution as well. Many thanks!

    Hi Simon,

    In my experience, this situation can usually be resolved by enabling the following setting:

    • Go to B2BKing->Settings->Other Settings->Enable "Force Permalinks Rewrite"
    • 2779799367.png
