2. Also if the complete list is coming in one page why it showing multiple pages?
The customers table is only an information table. It does not have any effect on how rules are applied in the site.
I checked this in your site,
I disabled the "Search by AJAX" setting for the customers form. That is only needed when there are thousands of users in the site.
The table will now show only users that are B2B + have the "Customer" role (so it will not show vendors, only customers). Currently as I can see, that's only 2 users.
