If you are using both B2BKing and SalesKing, does the agent have product visibility (b2bking visibility) for the products you are searching for? Could that be the issue?

I looked into this and indeed it seems the issue was that the agents needed an additional permission.
I've updated the plugin in the site and now this appears to be working correctly in my tests.
