"NO AVAILABLE PAYMENT OR SHIPPING METHODS" / METHOD NOT VISIBLE ISSUE"
However, I still need some guidance. The code you have listed at the end to give more control, I am not sure how to add that to my site and if I need it.
My client has told me that the USPS shipping option does not show up for her customers. I have double checked and it is selected under the B2b Groups settings as an option. Also, I still need zone control as she does not ship outside of the U.S so we still need that as any option.
I would have expected that if the method shows in B2BKing -> Groups and is enabled, it would also show in the frontend.
Is the USPS method not zone-related?
If you go to B2BKing - > Settings -> Advanced -> Components and disable the shipping methods control (as mentioned in the FAQ article), does the USPS method show in the frontend?
The results would be that methods can still be controlled, but not by zone in B2BKing. For example you will be able to control the Free Shipping method as a whole, but you will not be able to differentiate between Free Shipping (Zone 1 - USA) and Free Shipping (Zone 2 - Canada).
Hello Support Team!
I did read the FAQ about

Hi Abby,

The code at the end of that article is a PHP snippet that can be added with this guide here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-add-a-snippet-php-or-js/
The results would be that methods can still be controlled, but not by zone in B2BKing. For example you will be able to control the Free Shipping method as a whole, but you will not be able to differentiate between Free Shipping (Zone 1 - USA) and Free Shipping (Zone 2 - Canada).
Kind regards,
Stefan
