    Is there an option in the plugin where the agent receive a notification or email when  a customer is asiggned to him?

    Hi,

    I'm sorry but this is not yet available. Definitely makes sense to add in future updates, so agents can know when they have a new customer.

    I've noted this in our list of improvements.
